Abstract

Today, universities around the world are striving to rebuild their academic and
administrative models in light of the rapid digital transformation. This issue is not
merely a matter of technology but rather a comprehensive philosophy of thinking and
development that affects all dimensions of the university institution: teaching, scientific
research, governance, and community service .
This paper focuses on the importance of national universities engaging in digital
transformation as a strategic and effective option aimed at achieving quality. It
emphasizes that digital transformation is not limited to the use of technology, but also
involves changing institutional culture, strengthening relationships between professors,
students, and administration, and adopting data-driven and artificial intelligence–based
approaches .
