Abstract
The idea of the article revolved around the views of the nonesuch scholar Malik
bin Nabi, who considered the religious idea as one of the most important motives for
building human civilization, and one of the components of its basic structure. From a
psychological point of view, He considered the religious idea as a method that deals
with the event as a phenomenon whose examination helps us uncover its core, and
perhaps guides us to its law. Ibn Nabi also explains the effective positive role of the
religious idea in the establishment of historical facts. Where he demonstrates how this
very idea stipulates the individual’s behavior, and how it organically organizes his
instincts in accordance to its function in building civilizations.
