Abstract

This research explores the potential of integrating Islamic motifs, Arabic calligraphy, and cat art into sustainable design practices, contributing to bridging the significant gap in innovative aesthetic frameworks that leverage diverse cultural influences. Through qualitative methodologies, including user perception studies, expert interviews, and case analyses of successful design applications, the study reveals that these artistic elements significantly enhance the visual appeal and emotional resonance of sustainable designs. Specifically, the findings indicate that this integration not only fosters a deeper connection between users and their environments but also promotes greater engagement with sustainability principles. The aesthetically enriching environments created through these designs can inform innovative decorative designs, underscoring the importance of culturally sensitive design in diverse settings. The broader implications of this study suggest that embracing diverse cultural aesthetics can lead to more inclusive and effective sustainable design solutions.
