Abstract

This study explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in modern marketing practices, focusing on four AI-powered platforms: Content Studio, Predis.AI, Visme, and Mailchimp. By comparing their AI functions, pricing structures, offerings, solutions, capabilities, propositions, and industry integrations, the research highlights the potential of AI to enhance consumer engagement, operational efficiency, and decision-making processes. The findings demonstrate the platforms’ ability to optimise marketing strategies, streamline workflows, and deliver personalised customer experiences across diverse contexts. Ethical considerations and future research directions are also discussed, providing a comprehensive understanding of AI’s impact and challenges in the marketing sector.
