Abstract

The research aimed to build a training program based on the dimensions of professional learning communities, to reveal the effectiveness of the training program based on the dimensions of professional learning communities, in developing life skills, among female teacher students who applied the training program, and  the research found that  there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05≥ ∝)The research indicated that there are statistically significant differences, at the level of  significance (0.05≥∝), between the average scores of the experimental and control group students, in the post-application of the life skills scale, in favor of the experimental group, the research showed that The percentage of adjusted gain for some life skills among female students was greater than the value set by Black, which is (1.20), and some are greater than (1.00) and less than (1.20), which shows the effectiveness ranging from medium to large, to use the training program based on the dimensions of professional learning communities, in the development of life skills, among the female teacher students to whom the training program was applied.
